Sushi for lunch

NIGIRI-ZUSHI
Note: Sushi topping ; From right the nearer side, salmon, sea bream, ark shell, warasa (young yellowtail), herring roe,salmon roe, tuna, rolled omelet, sweet shrimp, negitoro (minced fatty tuna & scallion).

Wow! This rolled omelet made with 'an' filling. It was first time I ate 'an' filling omelet. 'An' is sweetened paste of red beans. It usually uses Japanese sweets. But it was nice, because rolled omelet is basically sweet taste.  

CHIRASHI-ZUSHI 
It is a style of sushi where the topping with with pieces of sliced raw fish, shrimps, vegetables and crab meat arranged on top.
