Japanese hot pot dish



Cut each vegetable into bite-size chunks. Other ingredients are sliced of pork, and raw scallops.

 I used commercially available soup soup stock. It is taste of miso and sesame.

Heat soup and after it boils add sliced of pork, scallops and vegetables. Boil them about 5min.

 Note : Japanese Hot Pot is a food served from a boiling pot, that a person eats immediately. It's a typical winter hot-pot dish. But we sometimes eat in summer.
