Rice ball of Swiss chard. Grilled chiken marinated 'shiokouji'.



Chopped Swiss chard and sesame put a little salt mixed with cooked rice. Make a rice ball and wrap of a Swiss chard leaf.



Note : 'Shiokouji' is traditional Japanese condiment made by fermenting kouji mold with salt and water.

Put 2-3tsp 'shiokouji' and chicken in to a bowl. Marinate the chicken in refrigerator several hours. It bake in an oven. We ate with lettuce and radish sprouts and cheddar cheese.
