Note : 'Hiyamugi' is wheat noodles chilled on ice and served with a dipping sauce.
We usually eat 'hiyamugi' with a dipping sauce, but I dressed 'hiyamugi' with stir-fried and then chilled summer vegetables. Vegetables fried with garlic and herb salt and pepper. 'Hiyamugi' is a popular noodle for lunch in summer.
